After a cancellation request is received, we will contact you to complete your last balance or finalize any outstanding balances, such as overage.
Please un-forward your telephone lines from our service, once cancellation is complete. This includes main lines, back lines, or any additional cell phone numbers that were linked to 1-888-GO-ANSWER!'s server. If your business continues to forward its lines, your customers will just hear silence when they call your company.
